1. About these terms
thepatternhouse.co is the marketing website of The Pattern House, a business of Ché Orika Group, based at FHA Estate Nugbe, Abuja, Nigeria. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Any actual production work we do for you is governed by a separate, signed Production Agreement.
2. What this website is for
The site exists to:
- Introduce prospective B2B clients to our production capabilities
- Show examples of past work and services
- Let interested brands contact us to discuss a project
The site is not an e-commerce store. You cannot buy garments or place production orders directly through the website.
3. Portfolio and examples
Any portfolio pieces, images, or case studies shown on the site are illustrative examples of work we have done for previous clients or of our own capabilities. They are not guarantees of identical output, availability, or pricing for your project. Final deliverables depend on the scope, fabric, timeline, and specifications agreed in your Production Agreement.
4. Quotes and estimates
Any pricing, turnaround times, or capacity figures shown on the site — or given informally in email, WhatsApp, or conversation — are estimates only. They are not binding offers. A binding quote only exists once:
- We have received full project specifications from you, and
- We have issued a written quote, and
- Both parties have signed a Production Agreement.
Until a Production Agreement is signed, no production relationship exists between us, regardless of what has been discussed.
5. Accuracy
We try hard to keep the site accurate and current, but we don't promise it's free from errors. Typos, outdated information, broken links, or image issues may happen. If you notice something wrong, please tell us at hello@thepatternhouse.co and we'll fix it.
6. Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, and design on this website are the property of Ché Orika Group or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You're welcome to share links to our site.
7. Your submissions
When you submit an inquiry through our contact form:
- You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it
- You grant us permission to contact you in reply
- You understand we will store your information per our Privacy Policy
Please do not send us confidential designs, tech packs, or proprietary information through the public contact form. If you have confidential materials to share, ask us for a mutual NDA first — we will sign one before reviewing anything sensitive.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is." We are not liable for:
- Temporary unavailability or downtime
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information shown on the site, before a Production Agreement is signed
- Third-party sites we link to (their terms apply, not ours)
This clause does not limit liability for anything that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from the website will be resolved in the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
